Conclusions and next actions.
I. TOF spectrometer
A tentative cylindrical cell of 20 cm diameter and 5 cm thickness was proposed. The dimensions should be optimised by Montecarlo Simulations.
Compromise between intrinsic efficiency and TOF resolution
Minimisation of the cross talk
200 units of such detectors placed at 200 cm distance from a pointlike source cover 12.5% of the total solid angle.
II. 4p detector
The MSU design should be adapted to the conditions at FAIR.

number of detectors
moderation time (as low as possible for allowing coincidences with the beta particles)
The characterisation of the detectors at PTB and other facilities is under negotiation
Test beams could be performed at the LISE spectrometer in GANIL (light nuclei) and at IGISOL in Jyvaskyla (medium heavy nuclei)
A few prototype cells with the appropriate dimensions
A few units of 12 bit and 1GSample/s flash ADCs
V. Administrative actions
Discuss the possibility of a request for the next FP7 EURONS project. Dead line for submission: mid of June
Prepare a TDR for the end of 2007
